These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talktive, an open source app developed by Le Wang ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

1. Age Requirements and Restrictions

• Talktive is strictly for users aged 18 and older
• You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our service
• By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• We will terminate accounts of users found to be under 18

2. Child Safety and Protection

Talktive maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We:

• Prohibit any content or behavior involving minors
• Ban users who violate this policy
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
• Remove harmful content immediately
• Preserve evidence when legally required

3. Reporting and Enforcement

We provide multiple ways to report violations:

• In-app report button in every chat room
• Email reporting to gnowoel@gmail.com

All reports are:

• Reviewed promptly
• Investigated thoroughly
• Acted upon appropriately
• Treated confidentially

4. User Conduct

Users must NOT:

• Share any content involving minors
• Engage in harassment or bullying
• Share personal information
• Post explicit or inappropriate content
• Conduct illegal activities
• Attempt to identify other users

5. Safety Measures

Our safety features include:

• Complete user anonymity
• One-hour room expiration
• Easy-to-use report button
• Permanent chat deletion after 72 hours
• Immediate action on violations

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review reported content
• Remove inappropriate content
• Ban users who violate these terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement
• Preserve evidence of illegal activities

7. Account Termination

We will terminate accounts that:

• Violate our age restrictions
• Engage in harmful behavior
• Share inappropriate content
• Repeatedly violate these terms

8. Privacy and Security

To maintain safety:

• Do not share personal information
• Do not attempt to identify others
• Do not arrange in-person meetings
• Report suspicious behavior immediately
